We know you can't wait to get your new bikini, and we are excited to ship it to you!

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped within 24 hours (orders must be placed before 12:00pm Central Time Friday). If your item is time sensitive (a special vacation, bachelorette trip, etc.) contact our team so we can try out best to get it out immediately. (Email:

Order processing and handling times are during business hours, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm except for US holidays, unless otherwise noted.

International Shipping: Customs fees and any duties or taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

RIVI Swimwear is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges are on us! We want you to find the perfect suit fit. RIVI will provide the customer with a FREE shipping label for their exchange or return for store credit. (One shipping label is allowed per order) Exchanges are only accepted if initiated within 7 days after your bikini shipment arrives. Email us at to start your exchange process.

RETURNS: To be able to provide small, boutique collections of quality swimwear, we have a 7-day return policy. The postage stamp on your return package must be 7 days after your package arrives. To initiate a return, please email us at with your invoice number in the subject line. We will then provide you with a shipping label for your package. Once we have received your package at the office, we will check for any damages to the suit and ensure that the hygienic liner remains intact on the bikini bottoms. Once approved, you will receive your refund minus a flat $7.00 shipping fee.
